In case you get into any of such act or any loss of your money, Holy Tree Travel Private Limited wo’nt be responsible for any sort of losses.

All payments are to be made in the name of Holy Tree Travel Private Limited.
We never receive any payment in any of us personal account.

Domestic payments:- can be made using any of the following methods:-

• By Electronic money transfer (RTGS ,IMPS and NEFT)
• By Debit Card verified by Visa.
• By Visa/ MasterCard/ Diners/ American Express Credit Card
• Through payment gateway (Transaction charges applicable)

Overseas payments:-

• By Bank transfer to our bank
• By Credit / Debit Card (Master / Visa)
• By Visa/ MasterCard/ Diners/ American Express Credit Card
• Through payment gateway (Transaction charges applicable)

Note:- We do not accept cheque payment
At the time of arrival payment can be taken by cash (Not more than 50K)

After the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost, Hotel price or guide charges by the Govt. of India, the same would be charged as extra.

Hotels and Airlines administration reserves all rightsto modify the rates without notice. In event of such change(s) – the rates quoted by us before modification can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines.

All the itineraries are to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Different factors such as weather, road conditions, etc. may force to change the itinerary at any point of time by Holy Tree Travel Private Limited.

Holy Tree Travel Private Limited shall not be responsible for any delays or change in program or expenses incurred or special / consequential loss, injury and damage – directly or indirectly – due to act of god, cancellations of flight, road accident, , breakdown of transport, bad weather, landslides, political distubance, acts of Government or any other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control or any untoward incidents or any such causes whatsoever including any liability or extra expenses sustained by the Clients.

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for sickness, accident, loss due to theft, or any other reasons.

Holytreetravel.com reserves the right to amend the terms, conditions, or any information at any point of time.

For any dispute, the Civil Court of Kolkata, India is to be acknowledged as the sole competent authority.
