In case of cancellation of travel/tour services due to any unavoidable reason/s we must be informed of the same in writing.It will be effective from the date we receive a letter in writing.

Cancellation Charges for tailor made tour packages:
• 60 days prior to arrival - 15% of the tour/service cost.
• 59 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour/service cost.
• 29 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
• 14 days prior to arrival or no show - 100% of the tour/service cost.

Note;- In case of special luxury train journey (Such as- Palace on Wheels, Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, Deccan Odyssey, Golden Chariot, Indian Maharaja & Maharajas Express) and during the peak season ( Christmas and New Year period)- ‘’A separate cancellation policy will be applicable that would be advised as and when required.

• The refund amount would be applicable on the basis of cancellation policy as it is described in cancellation policy.
• The money would be refunded to the person who has made the payment to us.
• The refund process may take 2 to 4 weeks.
• If the services requested are unavailable during the requested period, we will offer similar alternatives well before the commencement of the services.
• If the client does not agree with alternatives, the advance will be refunded except transaction charges.
